Raleigh Mayer, an associate senior consultant, uses a blend of tough love and sweet talk to catalyze executive elevation, triage team tensions, and deliver firecracker keynotes.
In her roles as coach, speaker, and advisor, Raleigh helps leaders enhance their presence and become more influential, efficient, and effective. Her approach focuses on polishing communication among leaders and using specific strategies to help them become more intentional in managing their relationships and reputations.

Raleigh has counseled, coached, and trained dozens of chief executives and hundreds of business leaders from Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of enterprises, including financial services, technology, the armed forces, advertising, law, consumer products, and non-profit.
Her signature presentations and seminars include “Getting to Gravitas,” “Persuasive Presentation,” “The Seven Ups of Successful Management,” and “Inclusive Leadership.”
A member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Raleigh has been featured in Fortune, O, The Oprah Magazine, and the “Leading Women in Business” issue of Entrepreneur. She has been quoted extensively in executive resource articles in the Wall Street Journal and has had many articles published in business journals and almost every section of The New York Times.
In her previous role as vice president and spokesperson for the New York City Marathon, Raleigh provided strategic counsel on all public affairs and press matters, directed publicity for corporate sponsors, and managed relationships with city agencies and City Hall.
Currently, she is an associate professor of leadership at Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, as well as a presenter in the M.B.A. program at Columbia Business School. She served as a presentation coach for New York University’s Stern School of Business and was an adjunct professor of communication at NYU’s Marketing and Management Institute for 20 years.
