Leesa Wallace is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. She is unapologetically pragmatic in her approach to providing clients with the ability to help elevate senior leaders, teams, and organizational performance.

She has over 30 years of experience in the areas of leadership and senior-team development. During that time, she has designed many long-term, customized learning strategies to assist organizations in developing “next-gen” leadership bench strength. She has led hundreds of senior teams and professionals through team-alignment initiatives as well as intensive skills programs. Leesa’s coaching focuses on providing executives and other high-potential employees with skills in the areas of executive presence, influencing, conflict resolution, and systems thinking.
