Gregory Brewer is an associate senior consultant and a field-tested professional: a consultant, entrepreneur, and senior human-resource expert. He brings to his consulting assignments deep expertise in all facets of organizational development and design, business processes, executive coaching, leadership and team development, employee relations, and compliance.
He has worked at senior human-resource levels in many industries, including:

Throughout his career, Gregory has achieved considerable success in strategic planning; talent management and acquisition; human-resource systems, processes, and practices; corporate integration and restructuring; quality improvement; coaching; human-resource development; leadership development; and equal-opportunity employment and training.
Gregory has served previously as vice president, talent management, organizational development, and strategic staffing at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, Inc. and as vice president of human resources at Sara Lee Intimate Apparel, Inc. At CIT Group, Inc., a leading publicly traded commercial finance company, Gregory served in numerous positions, including senior vice president, equipment financing, and vice president, human resources, sales financing, and consumer finance. Earlier in his career, Gregory served as director of human resources for Staples National Advantage; as manager, human resources, employee/organizational development at Unisys Corporation; and as manager, administrative services and quality improvement process at Johnson & Johnson, Inc.
