Chris Georgas has over 30 years’ experience driving transformation, change management, and culture advancement in client organizations. Prior to joining GDS as a senior consultant, she spent 10 years as chief operating officer of The Kaleidoscope Group, LLC. Under her leadership, the organization expanded its presence in both the US and overseas markets, while increasing its brand recognition and revenue.
I truly enjoy bringing all people together; across lines of difference to genuinely work for one another’s, the team’s and, ultimately, the organization’s success.
She has been a strategic thought partner to a variety of stakeholders, from CEOs and their leadership teams to middle managers and individual contributors across all functions, guiding all in their journeys to reach their full potential. Her areas of expertise include organization and stakeholder development, conflict resolution, team interventions, and the creation and implementation of strategy.
At Kaleidoscope, she has continued to develop new models, practices, and standards for client service in a wide variety of industry sectors. She has strategically guided organizations and their leaders in the fields of healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, government, sports and entertainment, retail, nonprofits, education, and law enforcement.
