Martin C. Becker is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. For over 35 years, Martin has been helping organizations resolve critical people issues in order to improve the performance and productivity of individuals and teams. His thorough assessment approach, his straightforward and insightful intervention skills, and his ability to build rapport with individuals and groups at all organization levels distinguish him as an expert in the field.

Prior to his association with GDS, Martin was the national practice leader for KPMG’s HR Advisory Services Practice, where he led large-scale organizational change engagements and managed the design and implementation of comprehensive performance management systems. Earlier in his career, he was a principal at Gemini Consulting, focusing on the implementation of large-scale organizational change management and cultural-transformation projects. His prior corporate positions include organization development manager at the world headquarters of Pfizer and human resource development executive for Macy’s.
