Jay Redman is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. He specializes in providing clients with skills and strategies to improve customer loyalty, employee retention, organization development, succession planning, talent management, learning, and change management.
Jay has coached and mentored executives in the areas of performance improvement, strengths-based leadership, and many other areas of professional development. He has worked internationally with senior executives in the fields of retail, financial services, medical services, and hospitality. In addition to executive coaching and mentoring, Jay designs, develops, and delivers skill-based programs in leadership development, management skills, sales, coaching and mentoring, change management, and team development.
Jay has provided consulting services to numerous organizations, including Royal Bank of Canada and RBC Bank USA, GE Retail Finance, Ken Blanchard Companies, MyBody Health Services, EQ Mentor, and Carmel Country Club of Charlotte.
Over the last 20 years, Jay has been the head of talent and organizational development at a variety of companies, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Chico’s Specialty Stores, Barnes and Noble, and Holt Renfrew.
