Jack Jefferies is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, to which he brings 17 years of experience in the areas of organization alignment, team development, and executive performance. Organizations work with Jack to create high performance by developing leaders, aligning teams, and integrating horizontal structures.

Among the many companies with which he has worked extensively are Fonterra Milk Brands, Mars Chocolate, and Johnson & Johnson McNeil.

Previously, Jack worked with a leadership and organization development consulting firm, where he was responsible for partnering with senior leaders to implement the shift to team-based organizations and to design and execute leadership development programs.

Jack's talents in developing leaders and teams can be attributed to his extensive experience working with businesses in a variety of industries, as well as his own achievements as a world-class athlete. As captain of the U.S. Skydiving Team, Jack won multiple world championships and national titles between 1994 and 1999.
